Paul Michalak, Executive Vice President
Paul has been in the lead role at Ashland Cold Storage for the past 10 years. Prior to Ashland Cold Storage, Paul spent 25 years in various logistic functions with Rose Packing. Alumni of the College of Advanced Traffic and an active member of the IARW.
Gary Lewis, Sales Director
Gary joined Ashland Cold Storage in 2000. He has over 30 years of operations and sales experience in the transportation field. Gary works on providing logistical solutions both locally and throughout the United States for customers in and outside of Ashland Cold Storage. He is customer service driven and believes in establishing long term relationships with the distribution partner. Graduate of Western Illinois.
Jim Bradtke, Operations Director
Jim has been with Ashland Cold Storage for over thirty years and in his present role for the past 25. He has a committed working relationship with the USDA and his extensive experience is an invaluable resource for Ashland’s customers. Jim manages the daily warehouse and dock operations.
Mike Hansche, IT and Quality Process Director
Mike has been with ACS for 10 years and has over twenty years experience in supply chain operations, consulting, and technology, Michael leads the ever changing system needs of the organization, managing both the network infrastructure and the radio frequency driven warehouse management system. Additionally, Mike has responsibility for process and quality improvement initiatives. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Mike is active in the Warehousing and Education Research Council.
Eric Krause, Chief Engineer
Eric has been with Ashland for over 25 years. Extensive credentials in ammonia refrigeration. Eric also holds the dual position of Safety Director at Ashland. His experience and knowledge maintain a safe atmosphere, and energy efficient building.
Maria Orejel, Export Manager
One of the newer members of the Ashland team in our fastest growing department. In four years Maria has quickly gained the respect of our customers with her knowledge of the continually changing export field. Multi-lingual and experienced in all facets of the export process.
